Wild Game Processing

We will not be accepting full carcass Deer.

We will accept clean bonelss trim for all wild game.

Deer, Pheasant, Elk, Bear, & Goose.

General Information:

We reserve the right to refuse any wild game trim

That appears to be mishandled or unsanitary.

Please transport trim in clean food grade containers or clear Plastic bag. Do not use black or colored bags made with Recycled material. Treating your game with care will yield a higher quality product.
Product is returned boxed in bulk bags. If you would like your product vac packed, please specify when dropping off trim.

Possession:

License or registration MUST accompany all wild game and trimmings. You will be assigned a number and each order is handled in the order it is received. Your animal processed individually.

Deposit:

A $50.00 deposit is required for all wild game processing

Pork trim and beef trim brought in by the customer must be processed or purchased at A & M Processing

Processing Time:

Every effort will be made to complete your order in a timely manner. Orders made into 2 or more products may take longer.

Pick –up:

All orders MUST be paid in full. For proper Freshness, prompt pick-up is necessary.

WE WILL charge $10.00 per week storage fee for orders

Not picked up within one week of notification.

We will call you when your order is ready.
