We are a full processing center offering custom Beef, Hog, Lamb and Goat processing.
We are located in central Minnesota, Hamburg to be exact. We have several retail locations in the area that carry our mouth watering smoked sausage products. You can find our products at these retailers: Bongards, Plato C-Store, Glenn's SuperValu, Glencoe Co-op, Radermacher's LeCenter, Le Sueuer, Jordan, Courtland Mart, Shell Food Mart and Fill Me Up locations.
Wild Game Updates 2023 - 2024
We are accepting clean boneless trim only. All trim must be boneless.
We are not be accepting whole deer or quartered deer.
We are not accepting any wild game that has already been ground.
License and registration must accompany all wild game when being dropped off.
We reserve the right to refuse any wild game trim that appears to be mishandled or unsanitary.
Please transport trim in clear food grade containers or clear plastic bags. Do not use black or colored bags made with recycled material.
A $50.00 deposit is required for all wild game processing.
